we have studied of parenteral nutrition solution stability with light shield package or without it. we determined concentrations of each amino acid vitamins for three days storing cool condition 2-8¡É. This study was designed to determine the stability of vitamins and amino acids added to Neonate TPN admixture(contents: 6% aminosteril, 20% dextrose, multivitamin, mineral, electrolyte) and IVH-C1 (contents : 10% Freamine, 50% Dextrose, multivitamin, mineral, electrolyte). The determined amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine acetate, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine, / indispensible-histidine, arginine, proline, alanine, glutamic acid, glycine, tyrosine, serine. The determined vitamins are ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, pyridoxine, thiamine, riboflabin. we compare TPN solution component stability in cond¢¥n in plastic bag and glass bottle. The results are as follows: The concentration of amino acids are all stable in plastic bag or glass bottle for three days. But the determined vitamin concentrations are generally stable but concentrations of ascorbic acid are not stable in glass bottle and plastic bag. The results are glass with light-shield (92.2%-89.8%-85.6%), plastic with light-shield (93.3%-90.5%-87.4%), glass without light shield (85.7%-90.6%-52.4%) platic without light-shield (79.%-47.6%-30.4%).
